Atlas FM has selected SmartTask to enhance the coordination and monitoring of its nationwide cleaning operation. The company will use the advanced employee and workforce management software as a time and attendance and rostering solution across a team of 8000 cleaning operatives.

Atlas FM has implemented SmartTask for staff working on national cleaning and security contracts, followed by regional teams in Wales and the south coast. As a result, around 2500 cleaning operatives are now actively using the system, with the company undertaking a phased regional roll-out for its remaining operations across the UK.
