ISS UK and Ireland has published its 2016CR report and formally launched its new CR strategy - ThinkForward@ISS. It represents a simpler and clearer CR approach for the business.
ThinkForward@ISS is anchored in the ISS mission statement - ‘Service performance facilitating our customers’ purpose through people empowerment’ - and the executive board is personally sponsoring the different pillars that form each part of it.
Matthew Brabin, CEO, ISS UK and Ireland, said: “ThinkForward@ISS represents an exciting new direction for CR within ISS. We felt 2016 was the right time to look at what really matters for our employees, customers, suppliers, and wider stakeholders. It is a clearer and simpler CR approach for our business that we want everyone within ISS to feel part of and rally behind. We’ve called it ThinkForward@ISS to highlight that we are taking innovative approaches to addressing some of the megatrends facing society. Over the next 12 months, you will see us advancing on the CR ambitions that form part of ThinkForward@ISS, driven by our vision to become the world’s greatest service organisation.”
