Kingdom has acquired the Lincolnshire based national cleaning services provider, Superclean Services Wothorpe Ltd. Superclean was founded in 1967 and is a national supplier of cleaning services to some of the biggest names in the public sector, boasting impressive customer retention rates.
The acquisition of 650 people continues the expansion of Kingdom to a turnover in excess of £100 million and a staff of over 6000 people. Terry Barton, chief executive of Kingdom, said: “Superclean is a great business with great people and systems so bolts on to Kingdom very easily. The Superclean acquisition bolsters further our FM division strength. The Superclean team remains and joins the wider Kingdom family and we look forward to meeting all our new customers.”
