In tune with the community

Indepth Managed Services will be celebrating 40 years of business in 2018. And to mark the event, it is looking for multiple charities and community projects that it can support throughout the coming year.

As an employer of over 1500 people across the country, Indepth recognises the importance of CSR and the positive impact it can have in the communities surrounding client sites and of its employees.

In its latest newsletter, Indepth has asked its employees to nominate worthy charities or projects in their regions of operation. Indepth’s three operating regions comprise north England and Scotland, midlands, and London and the south east.

Following the closing date for nominations senior management will then select the charities/projects that Indepth will support for the next 11 months through fundraising and voluntary activities. At the end of the 11 month period the company will award each charity/project its funds and there will also be prizes presented to the region that has proven to be the most successful.

Suzanne Richardson, systems and operations support director, said: “Giving back to the communities we work in will enable us to see the benefits of our efforts first hand and will hopefully impact on our clients, operatives and their friends and families. We’re hoping the project will also inject some healthy competition between the regions, bringing our employees closer together and motivating our team. We would encourage all stakeholders of our business to get involved - clients and cleaners alike – the more support we have, the bigger the difference we can make.”
