BICSc launches new accredited training courses

The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) has introduced a new range of training courses, developed around the practical and future skills needed for cleaning industry professionals. The courses launched include car valeting, on premises laundry, train the trainer, and a health and safety workshop designed specifically for individuals working in the cleaning industry.

Stan Atkins, group CEO of BICSc, said: “As the leading professional and educational body for the cleaning industry it is our responsibility to ensure the training courses we offer reflect not only the highest standards in cleaning but also the changing demands of the industry. These new programmes combine the professional standards you would expect from BICSc, with the practical and technical skills required for modern cleaning professionals.”

Course dates are now available to book onto for the ‘train the trainer’ course and health and safety workshop which will take place at the BBS Training Centre in Northampton. All courses, however, can be delivered on request at a client’s site.

Health and safety workshop dates: 11 October and 13 December. The train the trainer course dates: 15-16 November.
